This is a 2 year old complex that is wood and stucco construction. There are 6 units per building and all 28 buildings are identical. The 3 floor plans in each building are: a 2 bd / 2 ba (1,236 sq ft) where 1 bedroom is up and 1 bedroom is down. A 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath (1,446 sq ft) where both bedrooms and both full baths are upstairs, Lastly a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath (1,699 sq ft) where all 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are upstairs, with the half bath down. All units have small lanai’s off the living room and master bedroom. All units have there own garages which enter into the condominium. There is additional parking. There are no real ocean views from these units though they are a 5 to 10 minute drive to the water. There is a recreation center (small workout facility), 2 swimming pools (1 with waterfall) and Jacuzzi. As all units are the upstairs / downstairs floor plans, no one walks over you.
